Our Temporary Staffing Solution provides you with the flexibility to accommodate fluctuations or extra demands facing your permanent staff, in addition to managing sickness and annual leave. So when you:

We will find the perfect candidate to match your specific job requirements. PCA People ensures the employee sent to you will have the right characteristics and skills you require to get the job done. Permanent Solutions

PCA People has developed streamlined recruitment packages to provide employers the recruitment solution that best meets their needs. You can also choose elements of these packages to further tailor what stages of the recruitment process you want us to manage for you.

On receiving a job order from you, we will respond with a Job Confirmation form sent to you via email confirming the details of the role, costs and the services PCA will provide to you.

The Perfect Start Package
This product has been designed to allow our clients to manage their recruitment process by using a short listing service where our consultant provides resumes and/or selection criteria responses with reference to a particular role. This is a very cost effective option which saves both time and money for employers.

  • Press advertising using PCA's advertisement shell and your text
  • Placement of advertisement on SEEK, PCA, CML, CapitalJobs and CareerOne websites
  • Electronic short-listing of all applicants
  • Assessment against key competencies
  • Provision of short-listed CV's and reports (eg: Summary of assessments, personality profile and references)

The Perfect Candidate Package
This product is our standard package. In addition to the Perfect Start, the services provided include:

  • Formal job brief interview with the client and preparation and placement of advertisements (includes copywriting and media buying)
  • Screening all applicants to agreed competencies
  • Behavioral based interviews for selected candidates
  • Conduct Personality Profiles, manage candidate skills and aptitude testing (where appropriate) and develop short lists
  • Reference check short-listed candidates
  • Client presented with resumes and reports on short-listed candidates
  • Coordination of the interview process between the client and the applicant
  • Provide feedback to both parties
  • Negotiate and confirm the job offer process and advise unsuccessful candidates

The Perfect Package

This product consists of The Perfect Start or The Perfect Candidate plus any of the following

  • Customised advertising in publications of your choice
  • Structured interview questions developed in consultation with you
  • Full psychometric testing from general reasoning through to specialist tests, for example: Graduates, Sales, Clerical and Senior Management
  • Position Profiling: Client to summarise preferred attributes. PCA People will match candidates to these criteria.
  • Skills testing: Structured and / or developed

Psychometric and skills testing


PCA People conducts MyProfile psychometric testing for all its candidates during their initial registration.

Additional profiling for other staff within your organisation, or to benchmark a position to determine the ideal candidate type for the role, are available at a set charge. In-depth psychological profiling can also be provided for candidates.  Please discuss this with your PCA People consultant.

PCA People also conduct skills testing of candidates to verify their competency at computing and other administrative tasks. If you require additional testing of skills please discuss this with your PCA People consultant.
