Talent Banks are a unique way of assisting PCA People's clients in addressing their changing recruitment needs in a proactive and dynamic fashion. Our Talent Banks aim to provide clients with key staff, specifically suited to their business needs. It introduces pre-vetted candidates who we know through our in-depth understanding of the market, will be well suited to your business.
High calibre candidate profiles are sent only to those clients who are likely to have a need for the skills or experience of that individual.
We do not aim to create a regimented fortnightly or monthly document to market or sell our spare candidates. In fact Talent Bank emails will only be distributed when we have a range of suitably strong applicants available. In short, those who really impress!
Candidates are presented in an anonymous fashion with short summaries describing qualifications, relevant experience, key skills, our impression from interview, their availability, and details from their personality profiles or referee reports, if appropriate.
